3.) (Teh hidden option) Tubby is a fucking genius who'd been planning to kill that motherfucker for YEARS, but could never decide how he would get away with it until today. By shooting him in front of a camera and a bunch of witnesses who would all testify on the fact that he immediately got into his car and offered to take the victim to the nearest hospital, he can show the jury that he really genuinely cared about his friend and absolutely, positively, by no means wanted to shoot that piece of shit who was "secretly" banging his old lady. Or something like that  |
