They did seem to leave him in the street for everyone to see for a while before finishing him off. Were they intimidating the locals? It didn't really seem like a shoot out. No one seemed too worried about who was watching.

i didnt see them finish him off just him laying in the street in blood and them walking around with their rifles and the camera person's thumb in front of the lense |

any background on this? It looks like it could be in Palestine, (judging by the victim's outfit which looks a lot like Fatah's uniform) or possibly Iraq.  |
