The killer is an off duty cop with a bad drug habit named Fidel Velez. He has been caught, news going around he is going to have a really rough ride in prison because the person he killed happens to be a retired cop which doesn't put you in the guards good books anywhere in the world and also the prison he is going to is full of people he put away. Piece of shit, I hope he gets killed...BRUTALLY.
I hope you're right. That would be Karma at work and I hope the guy gets what he deserves. Man, that was just fucking brutal.
