The killer is an off duty cop with a bad drug habit named Fidel Velez. He has been caught, news going around he is going to have a really rough ride in prison because the person he killed happens to be a retired cop which doesn't put you in the guards good books anywhere in the world and also the prison he is going to is full of people he put away. Piece of shit, I hope he gets killed...BRUTALLY.

In that town (Portoviejo) the prison is run by criminals, I doubt the guards and prison officials will do much to stop the criminals from going all animal on this guy as the taxi driver he killed was a retired policeman.

I think the cab driver didn't know what hit him. He felt the cold metal in his neck, thought "What the?" and was gone. At least if it had to happen at all it was quick. I do not understand people who murder others, what happened in their lives to make them so uncaring of anothers right to exist?
