If you were in this situation and chose to let someone bust your door in, confront you, have no idea if he is armed and your offer of milk and cookies doesn't work AND THEN you figure out you are dicked.. Are you dense if someone is trying to break in your house then that person's intentions are probably bad. He was warned even and he continued to try to break down that door. I believe the police were already called at this point. Doesn't matter at this point the Police aren't going to be any help so he took his daughter's and his own protection in his own hands as it should be everyone's right to do so.
