Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~
So you see a guy fully clothed and wearing a hoodie and just assume he couldn't possibly have a weapon?

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~
This was justified in my eyes, but for those who don't agree with this assessment, please don't mistakenly believe that all American states allow such deadly force. There was a case in 2019, I believe, where a very similar incident to this occurred and the shooter's trial is set to be finished within a month or so (or something like that). He may have to do hard time because some states (like Hawaii) are VERY hard on gun violence unless you are actively being killed. I don't agree with it, but that's how it is.

Since when can you kill someone without a weapon by saying: maybe he had a weapon?

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~
That's an interesting point I had not considered. In most states (including the one in which I live) this is an open and shut case of self defense. Where I live, try to break your way into a man's home at your own peril.

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~
no, I don't agree with self-defense on this case. and I have reasons : No weapon No 2 bullets in his back No massive build No treath of death about family Be polite with me please. |
