The question is: What the fuck is wrong with you? Whether you like it or not, everyone has the right to be safe in their own home. It is NOT our responsibility to deal with some lovelorn fuckwit who ‘just wants to talk’ and feels entitled to force entry into my home to get at my daughter. I have NO obligation to put myself or anyone else in harm’s way with a physical confrontation. A kid? Fuck you, that kid was big enough to break down a door, he had it coming. Hell, he was even warned. Dad was well within his rights to light him up.

Well, tbh, the vast majority of people killed in the videos on this site were killed with a weapon, be it the crazed indian dude with a machete hackin' and wackin' and smackin' like Butcher Pete or the chinese nutter stabbing his ex-bitch to death. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen a video of someone being strangled or killed by unarmed attack here. Still, Daddy was right to blow that dumbfuck away. Sadly… people do really really dumb shit at times when they are distraught over relationships. Especially at a young age. He though my breaking in her home was going to prove something I suppose. Sad ending.

This was in Ohio, where as of very recently that state had modification added to their laws with strict regard to protecting yourself from threats with deadly force, A "Stand Your Ground" type of modification that made this absolutely justifiable to the point the District Attorney has already come out declaring they will not be pressing charges on this father. This is the point where people say stupid things and make stupid decisions. IT'S NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK AND/OR FEEL, IT'S ABOUT WHAT IS LEGAL AND WHAT ILLEGAL. This is without a doubt, take your feelings out of it, a completely justified and legal situation. Now if the father fired and killed him right as he shoulder checked the front door the first time and not waited until he actually gained entry, i.e. door is no longer a barrier, this father would have been charged with murder. |
