Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

from threats with deadly force
this boy was no threat of deadly force. no weapon and small size and he flees after 1 shot. I repeat this to everyone for 1 week.

The door was secured(albeit not enough?)... he was warned... he still did it... He paid the ultimate price for his stupidity.

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

This is exactly why I believe in concealed carry and the right to protect yourself. I've dealt with a guy that harassed me for months, sent me death threats, threatened to come to my job, and threatened to come to my home and shoot me and then himself in my front yard. There's crazy men and women at there that will do this kind of thing and not think twice. They don't care if they're scaring you, and they don't care that they're breaking the law. People like this guy in the video got what he deserved, this probably happened after repeated stalking incidents and I'm glad he got pumped full of lead

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

If he’s determined enough to break down your door with the whole family there, a punch isn’t going to stop anything.
Well that isn't true at all. He's clearly unarmed and the guy with the gun can make that determination before deciding if to shoot or not.
Also a punch could certainly stop him. His breaking in is simply stupidity.
A punch followed by more until he was incapacitated would stop him. Then the police can come and sort him out.

The problem in America is that people (and cops) always go to the default position that their life IS under threat. This is not always the case.

The UK police deal with people like this and no one gets killed in such a scenario.

Yeah the guy was stupid or angry, but to think he deserved to lose his life for it? No, sorry.

The only thing here is that killing people who try to come into your home whether they are armed or not has become the norm and so people see every killing as justified the moment a foot it set into the house.
Sometimes a baseball bat works too.
Or.... shoot the guy in the shoulder or somewhere non lethal.

If this guy had an axe of a knife or whatever, then yeah, put him down hard. But this was not the case here.
If there were no other means of defence then ok, I'd say it's debatable whether a fatal shooting was required.

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

justified? you're devastated around here, he didn't even have a knife. breaking down a door is not a justified death. he shoots him twice in the back as he leaves. it was a murder
No he left because he had just got shot. It is extremely possible after the first shot he might try to lunge into the house again plus he would have more of a change to get in as the door was probably open. The owner did not shot him that many times although all three shots proved the be fatal. You do not go to a man's home & pull that are you will be killed big time.

I have a 9 month old son. If someone comes in this house aggressively and I don't know who it is, then I am going to put several 5.56 NATO rounds in their chest. I will do everything to protect him and that includes repeatedly shooting intruders. If you don't want to get shot, then don't try to break my door down. It's very simple.

All the pathetic mommy-coddlers in this topic keep saying the same thing - "that poor kid!" He was TWENTY-TWO YEARS OLD YOU FUCKHAGS! Not a kid. Old enough to be extraordinarily stupid and legally die for it

Re: ~Man Killed While Breaking Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home~

Example of why I have loaded weapons strategically located all over my home.
I don't have a gun in my studio basement apartment, but I do have a good Louisville slugger near where I sleep with extra-grip lizard tape wrapped around the handle so it never can slip out of my hands, say, from blood splatter, and a regularly sharpened, high-quality carbon-steel kitchen knife in its butcher block within easy reach in the kitchen. It is my intention to kill any intruder that enters my apt in a home invasion or burglary attempt though I hope they don't have a gun else I'm pretty fucked.
