I get that China isn't exactly the model of safety, but how could you not put a mesh over the front of a fucking high-powered fan? They put them over normal plastic home fans for fucks sake, and the worst they do is scare you if you put a limb in there.
Shit like this makes me wonder if China does it on purpose because there's just too many fucking people there.

Hmmmm..... Now thats a thought. But theyve been invading countries all over the world via different means. Mostly by immigrating and establishing business fronts. So i dont think they will have shortage of places to put their population into.
