While true, I triple double dawg dare GlowingGhoul to draw a life size silhouette onto a piece of card board, hold a handgun down at your side, draw and shoot in 1 second. Put the gun to your side again, draw and shoot in 1 second. Do this 9 times and see how many hits to the leg you actually get with a pistol. I'm not saying it is impossible, but likely you'd be practicing at the range weekly for years to become proficient, and accurate.

Yes exactly my point. This is why a shotgun is really the best home defense weapon.

Honestly? She was in a lot of abusive relationships when I knew her. Her last 3/4 relationships were toxic. I never met him. But reading his Facebook. He’s insane. And didn’t take his meds. He needed to be subdued and didn’t.

My guess? She pretty much was taught to stay out of the way or got beaten. I know she was a victim of physical and emotional abuse with her past husbands.

I would never live around idiots with guns. And If I did, I sure as hell would not entertain an argument over nothing.
