Lol.. There's nothing wrong with plain old squids  I was a Surface Warfare fleet sailor before I went to the Fleet Marine Force.. Lots of docs DONT go Marine Corps regs cuz they don't want to run Marine PFTs and the body fat is 18% max, versus the Navy's 21% max.. I figured, if youre going to go, might as well go all the way, with the exception of actually being a Marine.. Im totally happy just being a doc  |

You're crazy. Well, maybe you're not, but you told me to call you crazy, so there ya go. Thing is, I don't think it's justifiable homicide. The Millers instigated the entire encounter. Then, the old man and his son both shot Howard after he had thrown the bat. The first two shots that the old man let off prior to that point *might* have been legal (and again, that's a HUGE "might" given that they were the instigators from the very beginning), but once Howard threw the bat and started retreating, he ceased being a threat. Personally, I think they're both gonna catch convictions unless they manage to wrangle a plea deal. |
