I read the account of what happened in detail and apparently it was moob-boy and his geriatric gun-crazy daddy that pulled the mattress out of the dumpster thus sparking the whole tragedy. But the victim apparently had a mental condition where he would have violent unpredictable temper tantrums and it cost him his life. So at least he had the excuse that he was mentally ill or (likely) mildly mentally retarded. But, yeah, moob-daddy's-boy and his pistol packin' papa need to go away and serve time for this.
