Philadelphia is a "relatively safe city"... as long as you avoid the city's worst neighborhoods  . Your chance of being the victim of a violent crime would be about 4 in 1000, making it safer than most large US cities. But if Philadelphia was located south of the border I'm pretty sure we would be advised to avoid going there. The usual suspects as always, though, it helps to have a clue where not to go to.  |
