I'd say that qualifies as a state of emergency. I read that some restaurant in Philly said "phuck it" and decided to close their doors temporarily due to all the violence. They're gonna have to start sending out Doordash drivers in armoured bicyles  |

Sad thing is that there is probably not one perp responsible for all of these infractions, but one individual perp for each one, and another sad thing is that there are varying levels of severity when it comes to crime that have to be punished depending on the circumstances, and a further sad thing is that murder still occurs in places that have the harshest death penalties (the eye for an eye treatment for instance), so the death penalty is not a deterrent to murder or even child rape, and a final sad thing is that many innocent men have been wrongly convicted and put to death. Can YOU bring them back to life? |

Never touched a gun until I got carjacked up there. It's really gotta wild out there in the last few years (2021 and 2022 were the deadliest years on record). It's normal to see dudes out with ski masks. I don't mean like you might see it every once in a while, I mean ride through West or North Philly and you will see a group of dudes looking like this:
. The victim was 34. This isn't gang war stuff, either. It's these young pricks that want to be King Von so bad they're shooting up random blocks because there are no other gangs to go war with.
