Oh get off your high horse. Places like this exist in EVERY country. I'm sure even in Antarctica there's a ghetto where the underfunded scientists have to huddle together for warmth and toss their piss and shit out onto the tundra. How is this place different than New York City? I had the displeasure of visiting THAT shithole recently, where dudes just pull their zippers down and take a piss right out in the street; matter of fact each street has its own patented flavor and aroma of stale piss, with a whiff of crack cocaine and dash of alcoholic sweat for variation. The prostitutes roam, and the pimps and the drug dealers play ALL DAY.... ....and I'm pretty sure if there was a murder in downtown the people would either scatter for the hills or stand around watching, and the only two reasons the dogs wouldn't eat the victim's brains is because the dogs owners have them on a strictly vegan diet and because in THIS litigious society the victim's family would sue the owner (and probably the dog as well) for tampering with a corpse. |
