Man with Hands and Feet Tied Removed from Car Before Being Shot
Brazil, Yesterday morning, in front of a bakery, an unidentified man was removed from a vehicle before one of the passengers fired at least 4 shots at him. His hands and feet were tied and he wore a cloth around his neck.  |
