I remember reading somewhere a long time ago that blacks have higher levels of testosterone compared to any other race, followed by Mexicans (and/or latinos in general?) and then whites. Makes me wonder sometimes if that's why blacks are generally a little more prone to being aggressive. No disrespect or offense intended.

Actually no, Hispanics have higher levels of testosterone. There is however a half a million years of divergent evolution under dramatically different environmental conditions that separate several percent of the sub-Saharan African genome from the rest of humanity, so it’s excessively reductionist to blame differences on mere hormone level differences.
