Those running the stupid show are the abusers. If he was one of them, then yes he shares the guilt. At least it is not as bad as killing the bulls. I am assuming that they just put them back where they came from when this nonsense is over.

Looks like he was an innocent civilian that got caught up in that garbage normally I don't feel sorry for the people there actually precipitating in the running of the bulls but it looks like he was just someone who was in the wrong place at the wrong time God bless his soul poor old man hey Gordon and a neck and I got a looks like it got a main artery you can tell he was bleeding out really quick I hope they really just cancel this tradition it needs to go

I kind of support this event, as long as the bulls don't get hurt. That community probably has weeded out a lot of the dumbest genes in their men.
