Man Fatally Stabs 24-Year-Old Shop Assistant
In Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia, a 28-year-old man was arrested after fatally stabbing a 24-year-old shop assistant at a shopping centre.

The victim was found on the sidewalk, semi-conscious, and clutching her abdomen. She succumbed to her injuries whilst undergoing treatment at hospital.

According to police, the man had asked the woman, whom he personally knew, to give him a loan, but was rebuffed. Another man, aged 27, has been arrested in connection with the incident.
