Don’t know what the laws are in Malaysia but maybe the reason no one is helping her is because they don’t want to be charged with this woman’s murder. I know that’s the reason no one helps anyone in NYC anymore because they are afraid of being charged with something. There’s stories of people helping someone, the person saves the victim and out of the blue the victim wants to sue the person that helped them for no reason. Don’t blame people for not wanting to be involved.
