So when this furious angry man tries to grab a gun off you after you tell him to leave. I’m pretty sure not just me would have made that same decision. Called protect yourself and your family. It’s his property and that guy tried to disarm him and considering his past and how angry he was who knows what he would have done.

The hostile trespasser threatened to take the property owners gun away and use it on him (and by extension, his family members were under equal threat).

The hostile trespasser then proceeds to carry out his threat by grabbing the gun.

Got what he deserved under the totality of the circumstances.

This clears up a lot, except for where the son was, no article seems to say. It only says that Christina, the ex wife, didn’t let Chad, the dead father, see the son, even though It was his appointed time. But Kyle, the shooter, said the son wasn’t there, so this all happened. Leaving aside all the messy relationships (they are all shitty people it seems), Chad wrongly was on the property, Kyle was justified in defending his property, especially after Chad tried taking the gun, and the mom was keeping the son somewhere else, but where? It seems yet another woman ruined multiple people’s lives. Not to mention Jennifer the widow, the woman in the car, has some important details conspicuously absent or told in a way to make Chad look better, not to mention she didn’t seem to give a fuck her man died. Men are dumb, and women are manipulators, and the world keeps spinning as it always has.

"When K.C. did that, C.R. advanced on him."

Many connected to the case say the shooter(K.C.) is innocent, and was acting in self defense.
