Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas

So many here are quick to make a judgement regarding an apparent AR-15 or shotgun.

It was a PCC, or pistol caliber carbine. If you’re going to argue for or against, know the facts.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas

Look, just because people don't have the same view as you, doesn't mean they can't see your point. The point is clear why the killer got away with the shot, but if it was me, I wouldn't have taken that shot. He was free and clear from the alleged threat. And just because I don't like someone, doesn't mean their life doesn't matter.

Odd he shot him twice and he did get away from it to then have a chance to to tell him to stay there or leave. He could of shot his own family.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas

In case anyone is wondering, I didn't mean to post the same thing twice. I don't know how it happened the second time. All I can say is, it was an accident. Sorry about that. I reported it, asking if they can remove it.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas

The guy was in no life threatening danger until HE went and got a gun..
When a hostile person is on your property and reusing to leave, that's trespassing at minimum, possibly burglary. You have reason to anticipate bodily harm. Equipping yourself to deal with that preemptively is not a crime.

Condemning that is almost as ridiculous as saying police sitios leave their handgun in the car and only run and get it after someone tries to beat on them.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas

They all saw it coming. That's why they had their phones out. If the guy was like that all the time, they could have easily predicted what his reaction was going to be. It could have been plotted. He didn't reveal his gun until the other guy was within arms reach. He knew that all the other guy had to do was take the bait and then he could shoot him.
