Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Any man fighting a woman to see his son is already in a pretty emotional state. The system is stacked against him and it's shitty the dad died. His kid is going to be pretty fucked up looking at his "stepdad"

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Finally someone says it right. I was reading all the posts to make sure I didn’t repeat something. I can’t believe what I read….ar-15, shotgun, high point. Lord almighty these folks should identify guns for cnn.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
There is a story running in the Lubbock press that the wife of the deceased has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the shooter. The story also said that an arrest has not been made (as of Nov. 30 afternoon) but it's still being reviewed by investigators who don't have conflict of interest issues with the parties involved.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Did ol’ boy escalate the situation by bringing out that gun? Yeah 100%. But the other guy fucked up by trying to grab his gun and that turned into a case of self defense. And it’s Texas…He’ll walk. Both parties were stupid but I can’t say I feel sorry for the guy that got shot. He was slightly more stupid than the other guy in my opinion.
