What people don’t know about this, is that she had an affair with dude with beard. That is what caused break up of marriage. But everybody had supposedly moved on because of new partners and such. There is a story running in the Lubbock press that the wife of the deceased has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the shooter. The story also said that an arrest has not been made (as of Nov. 30 afternoon) but it's still being reviewed by investigators who don't have conflict of interest issues with the parties involved.

Did ol’ boy escalate the situation by bringing out that gun? Yeah 100%. But the other guy fucked up by trying to grab his gun and that turned into a case of self defense. And it’s Texas…He’ll walk. Both parties were stupid but I can’t say I feel sorry for the guy that got shot. He was slightly more stupid than the other guy in my opinion.
