Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
These threads always allow the idiot liberal mongrels who think with emotion show their worthless ignorant piece of shit selves. To stupid to know the law, to ignorant to research how the law has been applied by the courts. To triggered to learn basic self defense models… as for talking shit about Texas laws remember we don’t want you here you aren’t welcome and you won’t be missed. Stay in your democrat run failed states. Here are the facts this falls squarely under Texas castle doctrine. It falls squarely under stand your ground and it falls squarely under the clause in both of those laws that says "can not be prosecuted" You come fuck around in this state you will find out quick. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
What people don’t know about this, is that she had an affair with dude with beard. That is what caused break up of marriage. But everybody had supposedly moved on because of new partners and such. But the ex was playing games with custody and such over support time with kid etc. the f ing divorce was real ugly. The dude with beard was pretty much caught in middle, he can cry about property rights and stuff. This one will be very tricky it depends on where they try case and how popular the people were. But either way it sucked what happened.

[QUOTE=foxfantastic;7237431]Very likely, due to Texas' "Stand Your Ground" laws. Don't pick fights at someone else's house. QUOTE] 1) In Texas, under Texas Penal Code 25.03, Interference With Child Custody is a State Jail Felony. 2) Leaving the immediate area and then returning with a firearm constitutes provocation and invalidates any claim of self defense under Texas Penal Code 9.31(b)(4). 3) Castle law does not apply as none of the requirements of Texas Penal Code 9.42 are met. |

[QUOTE=TexMex;7242886] You’d be right on 2 except on your property in Texas you are not leaving to get a firearm you are allowed on your own property to retrieve a firearm at anytime. Im certified Texas peace officer. What are your credentials? Nice try you have not researched how the courts have interpreted the law |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
Dude threatened everyone with subpoenas so the retard returns with a weapon and starts provocating him with it. I don't think castle law is even on the table for this dude. He chose to escalate the situation. But what do I know. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
The thing that will make jury question motive. Is after shooting nobody checked the condition of person that was shot. It will come into play. There is so many what if’s in this one. Like I said it really depends on jury and how they are presented the case. Glad I’m not there.
