Most murder victims in general tend to be from a similar racial background to their killers, but when inter-racial violent crime in particular is looked at the numbers skew way in the ‘not allowed to discuss without getting deplatformed’ direction.

Shooting an unarmed man in Texas usually doesn't pan out well for ya in court. I'm not an American but I'm pretty sure that guy is fucked for life. What type of gun is that? Sounded suppressed. |

If that particular man was trespassing in a private property, not following commands to leave, and showing aggression, it usually will go in favor of the home owner/protector. The only thing about this case that still has me on the fence is that ground warning shot right before Chad tries to grab the rifle. In most cases, warning shots are illegal. The guy who did the shooting already lawyered up, and when he talks about the incident, the lawyer basically states that the gun "went off" vice "was shot into the ground as a warning" at that point of the encounter. That makes me think that in order for this to be seen as self-defense/stand your ground, that first shot has to be explained away as an accidental discharge. |
