Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
no trespassing signs are EVERYWHERE, not just texas. i don't care what state you're in, if you shoot someone simply on sight with no other information and do it only because they are on your property (even with a "no trespassing" sign posted) your ass is going to end up in jail. if they are threatening you with grave bodily harm or injury thats a different story, but your argument was initially that you can shoot on sight and on that i call BS. |

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
I am under the impression it is a .22. The woman filming stated later that she didn't realize he had shot him with a "real gun," and a 9 would be far too loud to give that impression. Explains her bizarre calmness.

Re: Man Fatally Shot During Dispute In Texas
It's certainly a pistol caliber carbine chambered in 9mm. Glock mag is evident. Here it is being reviewed. There's better videos of it on YouTube, but this is the precise model in the video. He let's off a few rounds at the end. It's that quiet. I would know, I own one (chassis model with Magpul stock). |
