Witnesses? I think the only witness is the camera. One might think that a person observing this might want to aid. All the vehicles passing oblivious to what just unfolded. It sure looks like he lost his balance.

It's obvious it was an accident, you can see him bending over in pain or whatever, then he loses his balance and falls into the path if the truck... the driver is completely innocent.
