That hitman or whatever he was took it from two other people with guns. There is another customer in the background that fires a shot striking the original shooter just as the wounded customer is returning fire.
Not to mention the hitman catches a ton of falling broken glass from the shattered window right across the upper legs where two major arteries are.
I think that's the reflection of the white sweater.
