Re: Man Dying Under Flipped Tractor

Hits too close to home. My dad flipped a tractor a few years ago. I figured he was dead when I got to the scene. Amazingly, he was okay. They still sent life flight because they were certain he must have had terrible internal damage...but he didn’t. He was beyond fortunate.
I’m sure that was traumatic. I’m glad to hear he was okay

Re: Man Dying Under Flipped Tractor

That tractor was actually sustaining his life, acting as a tourniquet via its weight. Once that weight/pressure was lifted off, everything (especially the arteries) lets loose...either externally and/or internally, one would bleed out on a matter of seconds!
