You can stop the engine with rod on the injector pump, I am surprised the engine is still running with the oil pick up pipe out of the oil.

Hits too close to home. My dad flipped a tractor a few years ago. I figured he was dead when I got to the scene. Amazingly, he was okay. They still sent life flight because they were certain he must have had terrible internal damage...but he didn’t. He was beyond fortunate.
