his lungs are filling with blood and he is trying to squeeze it out by convulsing, so mister helper comes along and sees an end to that!

he got hit right in the where it matters.. You can have all the trauma surgeons in the world in front of him and he still wouldnt make it with the severity of that |

The wound is across his jugular vain, no fixing that. Death occurs (from what I've read) approximately 15-30seconds after the blood begins to flow. I dont even think they can "patch" that wound since a tourniquet would only further restrict the victims breathing lol |
