~ Looks like he tried to get help after trying to leave the public restroom (black door).
~ He must have ingested something & it caused a major blood hemorrhage from down in the intestines.
~ It also happens when something goes wrong with drug mules who try to take drugs across the border/customs/airports in baggies that they ingest, then later poop out, if they're lucky.
