If your going to die anyway, don't just give in to the kidnapping. You're still in public so though the odds are against it there's still a slight chance someone might possibly help. Once you're in their custody death is imminent.

I don't think this is the case, there's a lot of them and what crowd can do? They have guns etc., also, if you react (as crowd) they may just kill and end of the game for some innocent. If you react (as kidnapped), they maybe not kill you, but will torture or who knows what  |
