If he died from just a heart attack, what in the world was that, that detached from the wire or his head, when he was first reachingup to grab the wire?
The first version of this news report I seen was in English and it said his hair got tangled up in the mechanism when he grabbed the wire so I'd imagine it was a large tuft getting ripped loose.
