Probably a pre-existing undiagnosed heart condition which caused cardiac arrest...not necessarily the same thing as a heart attack. My sister-in-law’s husband (who was very active) dropped dead right in front of her one day due to an enlarged heart. Walked into the kitchen where she was, told her he wasn’t feeling well, then died before he hit the ground. Crazy shit.

Tell you something, a heart attack around 80 will do me, none of this cancer stuff I just see my mates wife go through.

once agian nobody could care less or even try to help this guy maybe give the guy cpr and try to save him till help arrived what a joke we are as the human race when it comes to this stuff we just walk by when people are hurt and dying

I had a heart attack at 36 and another one last October at 48. Genetics.
