Re: Man Dies Of Heart Attack On Stairs
Wow, that sounds eerily similar to what happened to my friend last August. He was only 41 and passed very unexpectedly of a heart ailment. He was a very busy guy, even with all his back issues

Yeah, Lu was pretty young as well. I believe he was around 34/35. I guess when it’s your time... |

Re: Man Dies Of Heart Attack On Stairs
Exactly. Foolish to title this video "man dies of heart attack on stairs" when no info is available. Heres the differential diagnosis for loss of consciousness: arrhythmia (vtach, supraventricular tachycardia, sick sinus syndrome, sinus bradycardia, sinus arrest, AV block), aortic stenosis, myocardial infarction (theres your heart attack), hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary stenosis, atrial myxoma, hypovolemia, medications (beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, vasodilators, diuretics), autonomic insufficiency (due to diabetes, adrenal insufficiency, spinal cord lesions, guillain-barre, or others), carotid sinus hypersensitivity, seizure (not all seizures are grand mal with the entire body shaking), transient ischemic attack, stroke (hemorrhagic or ischemic), ruptured aneurysm, hypoglycemia ...OK my hands are getting tired |

Re: Man Dies Of Heart Attack On Stairs
Based on sex, apparent age and body habitus, and time from onset of critical symptoms to collapse, I am going to diagnose an arterio thrombus the anterior interventricular branch. We call it the widow maker for a reason. These events are almost always precipitated by sudden physical exertion in otherwise healthy people, lardbutts like this one or marathon runners alike.
