I hear ya, but I wouldn't go that far lol... some form of exercise is good for all of us... along with a reasonable diet, this could help get to a nice old age and still have a good quality of life ( move around, minimize medications). Im willing to bet he went balls deep of some kind of pre-workout or another type of supplement
