i have a nice ingersoll rand compressor. it shuts off at a tank pressure of 135psi. i'm really careful about what i use the blowgun for.
trying to blow the pocket lint out of your phones charging port can result in you blowing the entire phone apart.

my dad told me a story about how when he was taking woodshop in highschool a couple kids were playing with the blowgun, shooting it at eachother. the shop instructor saw it and got super angry. he said when he was a teenager, one kid was playing around and did the exact same thing, jokingly blew 150psi of air up another kids asshole. that kid died.

We had ones like this at my previous job, I used to spray it inside my shoe to cool my feet off. Weird that it would cause this.

The air psi you used might not have been as high as they were using the pressure and location matter
