Wearing a loose fitting sweatshirt while reaching into a shredder? Yes, that constitutes a set of very poor decisions. Even if someone said to this guy when he got hired.. "Hey Alejandro, you're going to want to wear short sleeves and keep your hands at least 1 meter away from the murder blades when doing this job." I feel like that could have saved a life. This shit is so avoidable. He probably had a fucking kid.
