Up to 15 years? These psychos decide to kidnap and ransom someone, and then for whatever reason the driver decides to drive like a maniac...? Killing a young father, severely injuring his baby, and injuring another pedestrian...and they only face up to 15 years?  Go home Russian Law, your inebriated. Wtf? Would be interesting to know if the kidnapped victim had tried to grab the wheel and crash...because I always think that would be for the best, crash while you’re still in a populated area. Of course, hoping you aren’t killed on the process or kill innocent others. They put him in the passenger seat?! Was someone sitting behind him? Fucking pos.  |

Well, based on that video it looks like the guy probably doesn't make the best decisions when it comes to crossing the street in the first place. Why would you let your young daughter walk out of you reach behind you? I think he realized his error when he saw that car wasn't stopping and the headlights are head right for me and the *gasp* my daughter. And by the time he turned back to her, looks like with the stupid plan of rushing back to the other side of the street, he was struck and now he is gone forever. Sad, especially for that little girl. hope she ok |

I tried watching the video frame-by-frame and it's still hard for me to tell if the man grabs the girl to push or shove her away just as the car makes impact. It's the glare from the headlights that makes it hard to tell.
