Good morning neighbors! - The man says as he cuts his wrists, arms and neck while sitting on the window.

The video is recorded in Croatia 01/13/2026.

Not much is known from the incident.
Info from the local news:

Police and ambulances responded to the intersection of Supilova and Zagrebačka streets in Varaždin today, writes Varaždinske vijesti. According to unofficial information from the portal, one person allegedly fell from a window on the first floor of the building.

The Varaždin Police Department confirmed to Telegram that they had received a report of an injured man, and that he had been transported to the Varaždin General Hospital. The investigation is ongoing.

A spokeswoman for the Varaždin Police Department told the Varaždinski.hr portal that only one person was involved in the incident. “It was not a fight, one person was involved in the incident,” she said.

“The ambulance is resuscitating a man in front of the window. Witnesses say they fought, and one threw the other out the window,” said one of the passers-by who was near the scene of the accident 24 hours later. However, the police spokeswoman later stated that there was no other person.

It is not clear if the man survived or succumbed to his injuries.

I was thinking "press harder !" when he started to attack his arms, but that slash of the inner right elbow got him where he wanted to be. Instant blood river, though not arterial.
Apart from that yes, it is indeed sad but I think everyone has an unrestricted right on their own life and should be able to end it anytime they want, provided they do not involve other people (e.g. suicide at shooting range, murder-suicide, vehicular, or doing it right in front of a child). Having been there myself however, I know that when you are in such distress you don't care about anything anymore

According to later reporting from Varaždin, the man who fell from the first-floor window and was transported to Opća bolnica Varaždin did not survive his injuries. Local media published an update confirming that the man who had been hospitalized after the fall subsequently died. Earlier reports stated only that he was injured and that the incident was under investigation, with police confirming that there was no altercation and that only one person was involved.
