Hard to tell if it was negligence by the business (unsafe equipment, insufficient safety training if it exists at all) or stupidity by the worker. Often it’s a bit of both.

Rescue personnel needed a crash course in metal physical properties or at least basic information about thermal conductivity of iron. |
