Actually, it is the OUTLAWING of cocaine that causes this, directly. And it is corruption that allows them to receive bribes from drug organizations specifically to KEEP it illegal. This reminds me of the end of Scorcese's movie "Casino" or that episode of the Sopranos, neither of which showed the actual thing, which this does. Some ugly, shocking shit, ugly unnecessary cruelty for a few pesos or bags of dope or whatever. Please don't cry about human rights or excessive force when corrupt foreign governments and criminal organizations get systematically crushed in the future. Waitin for the video. |

Yes and this guy had killed a kid. After that beating they hang him from a bridge, I watched this video without effect on DR.

As I recall, this was not a narco guy beating up someone in house. I saw the more clear video some months back and it was stated that it was a Mexican police thing. It was an officer doing the beating on a narco murderer of some kind. I'm not sure though.
