That's an old post. The guy beating him is balah, blah, inocentes. The victim is an assassin that killed women and children at a rival cartels town or something. The men or cops who were the victims family paid 1 million dollars or such amount for him. His own people delivered the assassin. -- I remember counting over 120 whacks with the aluminum bat. Much more likely he was a rival that sold more cocaine than they did, or did a couple hits of other gangsters or didn't pay his protection money or insulted some drug hombre's fat latina porker...
