Um no. The cause of this is laws making something illegal, causing that 'something' to skyrocket in value, and then add to that a very under funded government surrounded by citizens that are living in poverty and see an opportunity to make money. Then you also need a bunch of people that are actually WILLING to beat someone with baseball bats and cut heads off with chainsaws. There are PLENTY of people that deal drugs peacefully in Canada and America, without EVER harming another person. Those people are NOT responsible for this behavior. Everyone has to be responsible for there OWN actions. You can point fingers all you want, but the people comitting the crimes are the ONLY ones responsible for them. |
