At about 1:20 there is a big electrical flash to the left of the truck.

He hit some hanging wires, you see the support poles bend. Maybe the rescue workers are jumping over guardrail to get away from live electrical wires.

Sliced, diced, maybe cooked / electrocuted in the air then smooshed on the ground.

It would have a hell of a lot funnier is the hanging wires on the post propelled him back up to the ledge!
