This is obviously a fake. If you've seen enough handgun suicides then you'd be able to spot it easily. Not to mention the blood splatters before his head recoils. There no fragments in the splatter its just blood. There would be bone fragments, hair, at least something else other than blood. Plus it just seems like to much blood. You can watch that other video of the guy that really did commit suicide after being arrested and he is near a wall, no blood splatter or anything. He shoots himself, slumps over, and it drains out. Plus his facial expression goes right to blank. Every pistol/revolver suicide I've seen they usually make some sort of crazy face right after wards. Like I said, if you've seen enough real ones than there wouldn't be any questioning the authenticity of this. |

It's fake, it's not consistent with the story posted and there's no trace that the story really exists. A .32 wouldn't be able to go all the way through the skull. A lot less when it's shot with the barrel pressed against the bone or a very close range. The bullet can't achieve full speed. It's not a revolver in the video, hard to tell what it is exactly. And there are all the details already mentioned by others like the recoil, the slide not moving, the spent case not showing up. Assuming that the bullet was able to go all the way, you should be able to see the extensive damage in the back of his head and a lot more than blood should be splatter in the wall. Brains are lighter in color. The bullet, all the way or stuck inside, does a lot of damage to the inner part of a skull. The guy would have been bleeding like a river. First, because his heart would keep pumping blood at arterial pressure for a moment, then because his body would start to settle and compress the vessels. There's not one drop of blood besides the splatter on the wall. I think this video was inspired by the Cerna case. |

Seconded. From other headshot suicides (Dwyer being a great example) the nostrils and mouth cavities fill up almost immediatley. None here at all. Remember the 'snuff films do not exist' clip? That was the same.

Sorry to say but this is fake. Look at the pixel sizes of the spray and backround... then, pay close attention to the spray and the back of his head... i tried to spot a flaw in the angles, but what I found instead was the "green room" effect, where part of the image disappears when his head is infront of it. Check it out. It's fake to me-- make your own judgments.
