actually, that seems like what would happen (the blast tossing him out of the chair,the cops confiscating his weapon)but in many cases it simply isnt true. though i wouldnt use those as the disqualifying factors, i have to agree that this vid doesnt really have the ring of truth. and i think that could be due in part,to the way it cuts off so abruptly. when someone shoots himself in the head there are some unavoidable ...um, changes in the appearance of the face as the blood and other stuff in there are displaced and rearranged. also , the truth is cops are not always on top of shit esp when there has been a big hubbub. both of these thing are in common with this clip,of a man in Muscoy,Ca. who after a traffic stop engaged in a foot pursuit that ultimately saw the officer shot twice (non-fatal)in the abdomen the the suspect(Cerna)has an chance to pull a gun from the waistband of his pants and shoot himself in the head .During the commotion that ensues the police who actually brought the man into custody fail to search him and the booking officers arent informed. seems totally out of line to think that something so hugely important could be overlooked but...what can you really say  shit happens The fact that the vid was not in color (for all we know the wall spattter could have been purple colored paint from a squib)and that the moments directly to follow are unavailable ,in this post anyway, are for me the things that undermine the authenticity of this clip. Does anyone know where to see a longer version?[/COLOR] |

It could be real. It's not unusual for bullets to change direction before exiting the body. It's especially common in head shots, because of the skull. It's impossible to accurately predict what a gunshot will do to a head, or how it will exit (if it exits at all). The caliber has some relevance, but it is still quite possible for a smaller caliber, like a .32, to cause this kind of injury.

that is fake it has to be due to the lack of recoil on the gun, there is no way someone could hold a gun that steady after they shot it regardless of if the were dead or not.

Fake...the blood comes in other ancle out the head, the slide action gun dosnt chop out his teeth with the iron sight, the gun is stuck in mouth 2 second, the body gets shaked back but why when the head dosnt shake back, the glasses still stay on nose, no blood from eyes ears mouth nose...hmmmm try to fu me up in a better way, i know what is fake...
