This looks fake...but it could be real. The way the blood moves down along the wall looks like it was "smudged" down in Photoshop. When he recoils back, there is some random blank space between his head along with the wall and blood...and that brings reasoning to me that it appears fake...

I am currently working my way to finally working as a specialty firearms forensic expert.... and all I have to say is forget about the splatter and the body movements and what gun was used. After he shoots himself he bites down on the gun and for a split second it stays dangling in his mouth then falls. Even if he clenched his teeth before firing the shot it would not have stayed there after being incapacitated. People don't realize guns are heavy. I think its fake.
