I don't think you understand how actual non-payment of medical care works. That's not the government paying for it, that's you in the form of increased hospital costs. At least that's the story, but considering how hospitals are already making a killing by marking everything up by 1000% to 10000% I have a hard time believing any claim they make about treating a handful of idiots for free making a dent in their bottom line.
